Model Trailers arrive with a combination of floor plans. We
offer loft models with enhanced versatility such as
the super loft. This feature allow for extra height
for closets, cabinetry and head room. Most floor
plans begin with vaulted cathedral ceilings, full
size appliances, and choices of modern furniture.
Would you like a five window panoramic view? Our
front living room has ten windows plus bay windows
in the dining and living rooms. Our bedrooms feature
queen beds with upgraded mattresses and plenty of
closet space for your full time living needs. All
units can be custom ordered to satisfy all your
needs and wants. Depending on the time of year it is
only 6-12 weeks delivery time. We will deliver and
set up your park model cabin on any lot as well as
offer additions for your park model of up to 400 sq
ft. all units meet or exceed RPTIA standards of
